Requirements: A PC with Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 1.4 or later. Nodescan was designed to be used with the Nimbus Look & Feel which is installed with JRE 1.6.10 onwards. Requirements: An intel based Mac with Java Runtime Environment (JRE)1.4 or later. Version 1.5 (also known as Java 5) or later, is highly recommended. The Software Update feature built in to Mac OS X should keep the installed version of Java up to date. Test the version of Java you have installed here: http://www.javatester.org/version.html Download and Installation: The files below are in disk image file (.dmg) format. There is no installation program but please copy the folder to another location such as your desktop or your applications folder.
