A. They are not eagles.
Q. What’s with the birds?
A. They’re hawks. Originally this website used a cloud theme which seemed vaguely appropriate with all the recent hype around cloud computing, however instead of being just another cloud we want Nodescan to be a powerful force amongst the clouds. The hawk embodies all the things we want Nodescan to be: independent, powerful, fast, pleasing to the eye, graceful and free. Nodescan Client uses images of hawks soaring in the clouds while the Nodescan Server (features) page shows a hawk on its master’s arm, under his (or her) control.
